The aromatic compounds released in this coffee are as a result of the roasting process allowing the coffee to develop wonderful aromas detected on the palate and persist throughout the brewing process and in the cup. The brewing aroma is that of fresh butter, which transforms into a piquant acidity, balanced by the body and creamy smooth mouthfeel of the Santos providing a luxurious, memorable drink. A double espresso produces flavours of stewed fruit and caramelised apricots. This cuts through milk providing a memorable in-cup taste.
