Flatbread recipe
375g self-raising flour
375g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Put the yogurt in a bowl
- Add half the flour and the baking powder – mix well
- Add the rest of the flour and work together for 5 minutes
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
- Divide the mixture into 6 (if you don’t want to eat all 6 place the remaining portions in the freezer)
- Roll flat and fry on both sides, 1-2 minutes each side
