375g self-raising flour

375g Greek yoghurt

1 tsp baking powder


  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl
  2. Add half the flour and the baking powder – mix well
  3. Add the rest of the flour and work together for 5 minutes
  4. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
  5. Divide the mixture into 6 (if you don’t want to eat all 6 place the remaining portions in the freezer)
  6. Roll flat and fry on both sides, 1-2 minutes each side
