All the dry spices needed to roast, grind and make a bhuna curry including a tin of organic chopped tomatoes and very easy recipe. The bag contains 7 different types of spices including cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black mustard seeds, crushed chilli, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and dried curry leaves.
You can add vegetables, chicken, lamb or beef.
As well as your choice of the above you need 3 onions or shallots, 1 1/2 inches ginger, 5-6 cloves of garlic and some salt.
