Dry ingredients weighed out to make a delicious tray of caramel shortbread! This recipe was was a firm favourite for my husbands family made by a very special lady, Betha. The trick to it being so delicious is a thin layer of shortbread and chocolate with a thick layer of delicious caramel.
Additional ingredients needed 230g butter and 2 tablespoons of syrup.
